In this introduction, Psychedelic Therapist Bruce Sanguin will share from his own personal experience on the importance of introspection and self-care when providing therapy care especially when psychedelic medicine is involved.  ​

Bruce Sanguin has been a Clinical Fellow with the Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapists for 25 years. He is the author of seven books, the latest of which, describes his own healing journey using psychedelics in the context of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.  In the 10 years Bruce has been working with psychedelics he has realized that “you can only take someone as deep as you have gone”. This makes self-awareness one of the most important qualities of a psychedelic therapist.​​
