Unknotting the Mind Day 1
Unknotting the Mind
A Guided Practice in Meditation and A Discussion on experiencing Freedom of Mind
Meditation is such a generalized term these days. It’s often dismissed as a practice that involves some form of sitting or lying down and listening to some type of guided instruction that invites the practitioner into a state of peace, quiet or contentment. While this is certainly an accurate depiction, I have a question for you: have you ever wondered if there was more to it? If you’ve truly experienced the power of a free mind? If there was a way to access something that goes beyond your current perceptions?
